The e-commerce site is exclusively for current account holders at Booksite Afrika.
To apply for an account, contact the Booksite Africa Customer Relations department for a credit application form. Once this form has been completed and the account approved, you will be able to register for access to the e-commerce website.
(Unfortunately the e-commerce facility is not available to the general public.)
The Booksite Afrika e-commerce system is not available to the general public. A registration process ensures that only legitimate trading customers of Booksite Afrika are granted access.
A registration request starts with a direct phone call to Booksite Afrika’s Customer Relations department or alternatively by submitting a completed registration form. The Customer Relations staff will need to obtain some identification information and can provide approval in principle by phone. The account will subsequently be activated and a confirmation and starter letter will be sent by mail.
Contact the Booksite Afrika Customer Relations Department on 0861-272-273 or you can email inquiry@booksite.co.za. Customer Relations Department will provide you with the forms and details to apply for registration and then follow up to complete the process.
A newly approved account will be activated within 24 hours. The new registration details and reading matter concerning the account will be posted the same day the application is approved. We would not expect a new client to log on until they have received the new registration details by mail.
Following a successful application, a client may obtain user account details by phone. However written confirmation will be mailed. Additional user instructions and information will also accompany these details.
